The Ambassadors Theatre is the smallest theatre in the ATG portfolio at a capacity of 400, and only 4,000 sq. ft. The building had suffered from decades of under investment, and suffered from mechanical, electrical and structural failings. This project was a full overhaul of all building services and

structure as well as the introduction of a disabled access lift and new seating and full redecoration of the auditorium.
