The Grade 2 listed, 216-year-old theatre is the oldest in the ATG portfolio, and the second oldest theatre in the UK. Undertaking a full structural steelwork replacement, removal and reproduction of historic classical terracotta column cladding as well as a full overhaul of the mechanical and electrical services within the building, a full auditorium paint, new seats and new carpets throughout. Reintegrating the Colonnade pub into the building, creating a knock through directly to the theatre.
