Taking a vacant 30,000 sq. ft. nightclub inside The O2 and bringing in a 520-capacity immersive theatrical dining concept.

Working on behalf of the tenant as development manager I led the project from inception to delivery including planning, licencing, pre-construction, demolition and delivery of the extensive cut and carve fit out project
