Full overhaul of the electrical and mechanical services in the building, entirely replacing the historic plant. In addition to this the glass skylight roof was replaced. This was done during Covid lockdowns ready for the return of Wicked for the 15th anniversary of the tour. Taking the project through construction to completion and handover.
