JBC Projects identified clear gaps between the developer’s original specification and the updated commercial and premium strategy developed by Legends Global. To protect the business case and ensure the venue launched with the right product, we worked closely with Legends Global’s Project and Mobilisation team to define where targeted intervention was required.

JBC Projects recommended appointing a focused design team to develop low‑capex solutions that bridged these gaps without compromising operational performance or premium revenue potential. This approach aligned stakeholders, safeguarded budget and ensured the upgraded venue met the commercial expectations set out in the revised strategy.

Long-term projects don’t always respond well to changing strategy.

JBC Projects reviewed all prior design decisions against the updated premium strategy, identifying where the venue offer fell short. Once the gaps were clear, we shaped targeted interventions and strategic recommendations that directly addressed the challenges and strengthened the commercial performance of the final product.
