As part of the acquisition, the landlord committed to a programme of upgrades to strengthen the venue’s commercial performance and operational capability. JBC Projects developed the full tenant fit-out requirements on behalf of Legends Global, ensuring the brief reflected both immediate operational needs and long‑term revenue potential. We then negotiated the adoption of these requirements with the landlord’s development team, securing clarity on responsibilities, funding and delivery expectations.
