JBC Projects conducted an existing venue review and built a full new development strategy.

JBC Projects carried out a full operational review of the venue, assessing premium and GA areas, ticketing, security, F&B, and all back‑of‑house requirements, including promoter and dressing‑room needs. This holistic analysis identified where targeted investment would unlock the greatest operational and commercial uplift.

Working with Legends Global’s programming team, we established clear promoter demand for increased standing‑floor capacity, a shift that directly strengthened the business case. The resulting strategy focused on attracting more shows while maximising the commercial performance of existing events, giving the venue a clear, data‑driven roadmap for growth and a compelling foundation for future redevelopment decisions.

Listed building challenges can be overcome with the proper strategy and care.

OVO Arena Wembley is a grade 2 listed building, but that does not automatically mean that a redevelopment is not possible. One of the important elements we considered was how to minimise interventions to the original building fabric, while reconfiguring and enhancing the existing features.
